• Service providers who perform services on our behalf — including our booking/reservation platform, payment processor, email delivery provider, hosting provider, and analytics and chatbot vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners — including Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API). To deliver and measure advertising, we share online identifiers and activity data with these partners. Under California law, this type of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as “sharing” (and potentially “selling”) of personal information, and you have the right to opt out — see Section 7.
• Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tranquille Resort, our guests, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business or assets.
