Thanks for choosing to stay at Tranquille!

Please note with the exception of Full Resort Rentals your payment is due in full at the time of booking. For damages, stains, broken items, smoking inside, additional guests or parties, pet clean up you could be charged additional fees after checkout. You will be contacted beforehand. 

We make every effort to make sure your rental unit is as clean, comfortable and organized as possible upon your arrival. It is something we take great pride in. Due to Covid-19 we've taken every effort possible to ensure that all units are completely sanitized and thoroughly cleaned. If you have issues with the cleanliness of your unit we want to hear about it. Please e-mail us at tranquillebooking@gmail.com with any issues. 

As has always been our policy, we offer smoke-free units. Smoking is permitted on the porches. Please use the ashtrays provided. Vehicles including watercraft must be parked in that unit’s designated parking spots. County law requires no parking in or blocking of the driveway.

Please, no overnight visitors without prior approval and day visitors must park in designated areas, please ask for the proper parking spots. No events or parties without approval.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult while on the boat dock, or swimming. You swim at your own risk and agree that Tranquille Resort will not be liable for any injuries or death from accidents in the water, on our rental equipment
(Pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, tubes, jet skis) in the water, or for any injuries or accidents on the premises. Do not enter any watercraft unless it is yours or you have rented it.

Bon Fire pit now has new restrictions from the U.S. Forestry Service. You will have to purchase wood from us. No other type of wood is allowed. Bonfires must be approved by management due to government restrictions. Fires must be completely washed out, no simmering ashes. Never use charcoal grills under covered porches.

Please do not feed nor bother the geese or ducks.

Tranquille Resort recognizes its need to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Identity Information (PII) and understands that such information is unique to each individual.
The PII covered by this policy may come from various types of individuals performing tasks on behalf of the company and includes employees, applicants, independent contractors and any PII maintained on its customer base.
The scope of this policy is intended to be comprehensive and will include company requirements for the security and protection of such information throughout the company and its approved vendors both on and off work premises.
Departments named in this policy have delegated authority for developing and implementing procedural guidance for ensuring that their departmental responsibilities under this policy are communicated and enforced.



Property and Cancellation Policies :

Due to high demand, all stays are non refundable. If you do have to cancel and do not have trip insurance we will make every effort possible to rebook your cabin so we can refund you that amount or give you a credit towards a future reservation. 


For full resort bookings, deposits are non refundable, but stays may be canceled up to 60 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance will not be due.
